
Poor food combining creates acidity and fermentation in the body that leads to microbial and bacteria infections that can create symptoms of heartburn, IBS, gas, bad breath and constipation and can set up your internal terrain for serious diseases.
Instructions:
Step 1:
Eat fruits alone.
Step 2:
Allow fruits at least 30 minutes to digest before eating anything else to avoid fermentation which leads to poor digestion and gas.
Step 3:
Combine fish, meat and poultry with vegetables. Add two servings of vegetables to replace the starch you may be used to having.
Step 4:
Do not combine meats with one another, just choose one.
Step 5:
Eat starch alone or with vegetables. Do not combine with any protein to avoid acidity that leads to heartburn and poor digestion. Example, rice and vegetable stir fry. Pasta with vegetables.
Step 6:
Beans count as a protein. Avoid having beans with dairy or meat. Combine beans with vegetables, broth and herbs instead. Throw them in a salad.
Step 7:
Food combining snacks are cucumber and guacamole, celery and hummus.
Step 8:
Eat yogurt alone, do not combine with fruit to avoid acidity and fermentation. Eat yogurt on an empty to stomach to receive the full benefit of it's probiotic cultures.
Step 9:
Only drink water after your meals.
